Security for commercial property.
Security Alliance provides licensed uniformed officers, access control and documented patrol to office buildings, retail centers, mixed-use developments and industrial property across South Florida and eight other offices. Florida Security Agency License B 2100072.
Property security is a liability decision.
Owners and managers rarely buy security because they expect an incident. They buy it because when one happens, the question becomes what was in place, who was on duty, and whether anyone wrote it down. Everything below is built around producing that record.
Officers who represent the property
Uniformed officers screened on employment, criminal, credit, driving and reference history before assignment. In Miami-Dade, where a large share of tenants and visitors are Spanish-speaking, many of our officers work in both languages - which matters most in the minutes when a situation is still de-escalating.
Access control and tenant experience
Lobby and entry control, visitor and contractor processing, package and delivery handling, and after-hours access - run so that the first person a tenant meets each morning reflects on the building, not just on the contract.
Documented patrol
GPS-verified tours on a schedule you can see, incident reports filed from the post, and a 24/7 dispatch and communications center behind every shift. Patrols that cannot be evidenced are patrols that did not happen, as far as a claim is concerned.
Supervision you can name
A named account manager, not a queue. Our executives average more than eight years in place, so the person who scopes your building is still there when the post orders need revising.

Questions buyers ask us.
Should my property have armed or unarmed officers?
It depends on the threat, not the budget. Unarmed officers suit access control, tenant service, patrol and reporting at most office, retail and mixed-use properties. Armed officers are appropriate where cash, controlled substances, high-value goods or a documented history of violent incidents change the risk. We will tell you which your site needs after a walk-through, including when the answer is unarmed.
What is in a set of post orders?
Post orders are the written instructions for a specific position: the tour route and timing, access rules, escalation contacts and thresholds, emergency procedures for that building, reporting requirements, and what the officer is explicitly not authorized to do. Ours are written for your property, not copied from another contract.
How do you keep officer turnover down?
Turnover is a management problem before it is a pay problem. We run a Florida-licensed Security Officer School (DS2700029) so officers can train and advance without leaving, and our management team averages more than eight years in place, which means supervisors know their sites.
What reporting will I actually receive?
GPS-verified patrol tours, incident reports filed from the post rather than written up later, and a 24/7 dispatch and communications center that logs every escalation. If an incident becomes a claim eighteen months from now, the record exists.
How quickly can you start?
Mobilization depends on headcount, licensing and whether posts are armed. Tell us the site, the hours and the start date and we will give you a dated plan rather than an estimate.
Start with a walk-through.
We will look at the property, tell you what coverage it actually needs, and put the recommendation in writing - including where you can spend less.
