Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by Security Alliance LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its headquarters at 8323 NW 12th Street, Suite 218, Miami, Florida 33126, USA. In these terms, "we", "us", and "Security Alliance" mean that company, and "you" means anyone using this website.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This site is not a contract

Everything on this website is provided for information. Nothing here is an offer to contract, and nothing here creates a client relationship, a service-level commitment, or an obligation to provide services.

Security services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where a description on this site differs from your signed agreement, your signed agreement governs. Scope, pricing, staffing, response commitments, and insurance are set in that agreement, not on this website.

Submitting a consultation request does not create an engagement and does not oblige either of us to enter one.

Not a security assessment

Content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not a risk assessment, a threat analysis, or professional advice about your particular situation, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for one. Security decisions depend on facts specific to a site, an organization, and a moment in time. If you need advice about your own circumstances, ask us for it directly.

Any risk indicators, indexes, or geopolitical figures shown on this site are published as of the date shown beside them. They are reference information, not a live feed, and they should not be used as the sole basis for an operational or travel decision.

Our content

The text, page designs, photographs, graphics, and layout of this website, together with the Security Alliance name and logo, are owned by Security Alliance LLC or used by us with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell, or adapt our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Framing the site, or scraping it to build another product or dataset, is not permitted.

Photographs on this site show Security Alliance personnel, vehicles, and facilities. Do not reuse them.

What you send us

When you submit a form or email us, you confirm that what you have told us is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to send it. You give us permission to use what you send in order to respond to you and to do the things described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not send confidential or sensitive material through this website. These are ordinary web forms, not a secure channel. That includes government identification numbers, financial account details, medical information, and confidential details of a security posture, threat, or incident. If something needs to be handled securely, call us and we will arrange it.

Unsolicited ideas, proposals, or materials sent to us are not treated as confidential and create no obligation on our part.

Careers submissions

The careers form on this site is a pre-application inquiry. It is not an application for employment, and submitting it does not create an offer, a promise of consideration, or an employment relationship of any kind. Hiring is subject to our screening process, licensing requirements, and applicable law.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
