Security operations in Suriname.
Security Alliance operates a permanent office in Paramaribo under a resident Director of Operations, supporting United States embassy operations and commercial clients including remote interior sites.
Paramaribo, and the interior.
Suriname is the clearest example of why in-country presence matters. Sites in the interior are far from the capital, and a provider coordinating from abroad is writing emails while something is happening at a gate.
United States embassy operations
Local guard force work supporting United States embassy operations in Suriname, alongside commercial clients.
A resident director, not a coordinator
Serginio Lank, Director of Operations, runs the Suriname operation from our Paramaribo office - a decision-maker on the ground rather than a liaison.
Interior and remote-site capability
Access control, perimeter and patrol coverage for sites where rotations, transport and supervision are the hard part of the problem.
Comparable reporting
The same incident definitions and patrol evidence as our United States sites, so head office is comparing like with like across the portfolio.

Licensing and complianceQuestions buyers ask us.
How far from Paramaribo can you support a site?
Our office is in Paramaribo and we staff client sites elsewhere in the country. Distance changes the rotation and transport plan rather than the standard - tell us the location and we will scope it honestly.
Is this suitable for mining operations?
Remote industrial and resource sites are a large part of what security work in Suriname involves: gate and perimeter control, contractor and materials processing, and documented patrol.
Are you a local partner or your own operation?
Our own. Security Alliance staffs and manages this office inside our own management line, under the same vetting standard, the same post-order discipline and the same reporting conventions used at our United States sites.
Who is the point of contact for a United States parent company?
Miami. A U.S. corporate relationship with operations that continue past the border is the point - one contract, one management team, and one set of reports covering both sides.
Operating in Suriname?
Tell us where the site is. We will tell you what we can staff directly and what the realistic mobilization looks like.
