Tell us about your facility.
Four quick fields. We will call you back to talk through the entrances, the hours and the posts your facility needs.
- A senior member of our team reviews every request, not a call center.
- We call you back within one business day.
- Urgent? Call 1 (888) 610-7769, answered 24/7.
Request received
A senior member of our team will call you within one business day. If it is urgent, call 1 (888) 610-7769 now.
Open every hour, and full of people having a bad day.
A hospital never closes, and most of the people at its doors are patients and families under stress, not criminals. A healthcare security program is judged on how calmly its officers handle that, and on whether the record shows it.
Officers selected for temperament
Screened on employment, criminal, credit, driving and reference history before assignment, and chosen for a post where most of the work is talking a situation down. Many of our officers work in English and Spanish, which in South Florida decides how a great many of those conversations end.
Coverage planned by shift and by entrance
Emergency entrances, main lobbies, parking and after-hours doors each get their own post orders, written with your team before the first shift. A 24/7 dispatch and communications center sits behind every post.
Patrol that can be evidenced
GPS-verified tours on a schedule your administration can see, and incident reports filed from the post rather than written up later. The record is what a regulator, an insurer or a court will ask for.
Training in-house, not outsourced
We run a Florida-licensed Security Officer School (DS2700029, Security Alliance Training Academy). Post-specific instruction is written and delivered by the same company that supervises the post.
What a program covers.
- Emergency departments. a standing post at the entrance and waiting area, visitor screening, and a stated procedure for aggressive or intoxicated visitors, agreed with the charge nurse.
- Main entrances and visitor management. visitor verification and badging, after-hours access, and a stated rule for the visitor who arrives outside visiting hours.
- Parking and grounds. patrol of garages and lots, and escorts to vehicles for staff leaving at shift change.
- Restricted areas. access control for pharmacy, records, loading docks and other doors that should only open for the right badge.
- Clinics, medical offices and senior living. lobby posts, opening and closing routines, and after-hours patrol sized to a smaller site.
- Assessment before staffing. a walk of the facility and a written recommendation, including where you need fewer hours than you are buying now.

Questions buyers ask us.
Should hospital officers be armed?
That is a decision for your leadership, made in writing before a contract is signed. Most of what a healthcare post does is access control, visitor management, escort and de-escalation, and a firearm is irrelevant to all of it. We will give you our recommendation for each post, including where it should be unarmed, and we will staff the decision you make.
Who do officers answer to during an incident?
Whoever your plan says, and that has to be settled before an incident rather than during one. Clinical staff lead on anything clinical. The officer's job is the scene, the entrance and the people around it. Our 24/7 dispatch and communications center sits behind every shift so an officer is never deciding alone, and every escalation is logged.
Is Security Alliance licensed in Florida?
Yes. Security Alliance LLC holds Florida Security Agency License B 2100072, Private Investigation Agency License A 3200282 and Security Officer School License DS2700029. All three can be verified in the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services public database.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on headcount, hours and the number of entrances. Give us the facility, the shift pattern and the date, and you will get a dated mobilization plan rather than an estimate.
Start with a walk of the facility.
We will look at the entrances, the hours that are actually exposed and the posts you have now, then put the recommendation in writing, including where you can spend less.
