William Murphy

Chief Executive Officer
Bill brings more than 30 years of private security experience to Security Alliance. Serving as CEO of the company, Bill is responsible for all facets of the business including operations, business development, client relations, strategic planning, human resources, compliance and legal and financial affairs. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Barry University, Bill started his career as a private investigator. Eventually he joined a private security firm in Miami and was instrumental in its ultimate success. In addition to his leadership at Security Alliance, Bill serves as a board member of the Police Officers’ Assistance Trust (POAT), the Auguste Foundation and the Salvation Army’s Miami Advisory Council. He is also a former board member of Crime Stoppers of Miami-Dade County (15 years) and the former vice-chairman of the ASIS Miami Chapter.

 

Angel Rosado

Vice President, Operations
With solid leadership and a service-oriented background, Angel oversees the daily management and field operation for all Security Alliance branch offices. Modeling Security Alliance’s standards of excellence, Angel serves as a mentor, helping managers and supervisors set goals and develop new programs and initiatives that allow the company to fulfill its mission. Before joining the team, Angel served in the U.S. Army and later took on a leadership role with a private security firm. Drawing on many years of security experience, Angel puts his time management, communication, delegation, and project management skills to good use by providing leadership at all levels of the organizations.

 

Francis Vasquez

Vice President, Finance
A seasoned financial manager, Francis has more than 20 years of experience in financial management. His expertise covers such areas as reporting and budgeting, cost containment and restructuring, systems and SOX implementation, and acquisition valuation analysis. As the company’s Vice President of Finance, Francis is responsible for all aspects of the finance function. This includes all compliance, audit, taxing, contract pricing, and banking responsibilities. A vital member of the management team, Francis provides guidance and direction in the realization of financial goals and the accomplishment of the company’s strategic business objectives. He has been instrumental in the development and implementation of a reporting structure and strong controls in the company’s foreign operating Branches.

Francis has held senior finance positions in well-known communication companies such as Young & Rubicam, Bozell Group, and Maclaren McCann Advertising. Immediately before joining Security Alliance, he was the Chief Financial Officer of 6 Degrees Integrated Communications Inc., a leading edge promotion and event marketing company in Toronto Canada. Francis is a member of the professional association of Certified General Accountants of Canada, as well as a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom.

 

Beatriz Mulet

Director of Operations
Leading the way with 14 years of combined experience in the management of Security Operations and Investigations. Throughout her career, she has proven to be a “team player” and a leader. Beatriz quickly and effectively assesses situations using strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and provides resolutions to complex operational as well as personnel matters in a prompt and effective manner. Additionally, Beatriz was able to enhance our Dispatch and Communications Center by effectively bringing it into the 21st century through her knowledge of technology and her expertise in overseeing the daily operations. She is a valuable member of the management team who provides support for the President/CEO, the Vice President of Operations and to the Project Managers who report to her.

 

Rodolfo Puig

Director of Business Development
Responsible for the growth and development of the company by securing new contracts.  Rudy has 25 years of experience in the security industry and rose through the ranks working at various levels up to the position of Vice President of a local security company. He now uses his experience and leadership skills to help Security Alliance continue to be a leader in the Security Industry in the United States and throughout the world. Rudy earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida.

 

David Ramirez

Founder and Consultant
A former U.S. intelligence officer, David Ramirez served in the Marine Corps attached to a special operations unit and later managed operations for two large private firms. Drawing on over two decades of military intelligence and private security experience, Mr. Ramirez built Security Alliance on his “unmatched standard of excellence” philosophy. Currently, an active member of the Military Liaison Council and chair of its Military Appreciation Committee, Mr. Ramirez has also served as the first vice chairman of ASIS International’s Miami Chapter.
