Management Team 

William Murphy, Chief Executive Officer
William Murphy brings over 25 years of private security experience to Security Alliance. Serving as CEO of the company, Mr. Murphy is responsible for all operations including overseeing branch office management and directing business development, client relations, strategic planning, human resources, compliance, and legal processes. After earning a bachelor’s degree from Barry University, Mr. Murphy started a career in investigations. Eventually, he joined a private security firm in Miami and was instrumental in its ultimate success. In addition to his leadership at Security Alliance, Mr. Murphy serves as a board member of Crime Stoppers, Police Officer’s Assistance Trust (POAT), and Salvation Army’s Miami Advisory Council. In 2005 and 2006, he served as the vice chairman of ASIS International’s Miami Chapter.

 

Angel Rosado, Vice President, Operations
With a solid leadership and service-oriented background, Angel Rosado oversees the daily management and field operations for all of its offices. Modeling Security Alliance’s standards of excellence, Mr. Rosado serves as a mentor, helps managers and supervisors set goals, and develops new programs and initiatives that allow Security Alliance to fulfill its mission. Before joining the Security Alliance team, Mr. Rosado served in the U.S. Army and later took on a leadership role with a private security firm. Drawing on many years of security experience, Mr. Rosado puts his time management, communication, delegation, and project management skills to good use by providing leadership at the field level.

 

Francis Vasquez, Vice President, Finance
A seasoned financial manager, Francis has over 20 years experience in financial management. His expertise covers such areas as reporting and budgeting, cost containment & restructuring, systems and SOX implementation and acquisition valuation analysis. As SA’s Director of Finance, Francis is responsible for all aspects of the Finance function. This includes all compliance, audit, tax, contract pricing, and banking responsibilities. A key member of the management team, Francis provides guidance and direction in the realization of financial goals and the accomplishment of the company’s strategic business objectives. He has been instrumental in the development and implementation of a reporting structure and strong controls in the company’s foreign operating Branches. Francis has held senior finance positions in well known communication companies such as Young & Rubicam, Bozell Group and Maclaren McCann Advertising. Immediately prior to joining Security Alliance, he was the Chief Financial Officer of 6 Degrees Integrated Communications Inc., a leading edge promotion and event marketing company in Toronto Canada. Francis is a member of the professional association of Certified General Accountants of Canada, as well as a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom.

 

David Ramirez, Founder and Consultant
A former U.S. intelligence officer, David Ramirez served in the Marine Corps attached to a special operations unit and later managed operations for two large private firms. Drawing on over two decades of military intelligence and private security experience, Mr. Ramirez built Security Alliance on his “unmatched standard of excellence” philosophy. Currently an active member of the Military Liaison Council and chair of its Military Appreciation Committee, Mr. Ramirez has also served as the first vice chairman of ASIS International’s Miami Chapter.
